I was poking around some of the marketplaces on web sites for sale and noticed that directory sites are popular and are selling quite well. Especially ones that are generating some traffic and revenue. The most popular directory script I’ve seen out there is the PHP MyDirectory script. I might have to invest in it.

And on the topic of niche directories, I found a great video on niche directory profits. Check it out. I like the fact there is good, detailed and useful information here provided by Keith Baxter. I will definitely give this a try.

Too much to do and too little time. But I think I’m close to putting some sites for sale and see if there are any buyers out there. I sure hope this site flipping stuff works.
